I know exactly how Rocky feels. He’s trying to find the underlying cause so he can treat it and not just the symptoms, one of which is his obesity.
The obesity epidemic among children is so out of hand, that I would say of all issues that threaten the future of this nation, the rapidly growing obesity problem of our youth will be the one culprit that, more than any other problem, will likely break this country in the future more so than terrorism, the deficit, global warming, or the machinations of foreign governments. The problem is so extreme, that I would propose a radical solution. (see in next post)
you look absolutely fabulous. good job losing all the weight!!
It’s not that simple. Pedople have to also change WHAT they eat. They have to get away from processed foods. For me, I largely stay away from anything that has high fructose corn syrup in it, because it’s not suppose to be in my diet.
‘Programme’ is the UK English spelling but both are acceptable.
OBESITY IS A BY PRODUCT .
AGAINST OBESITY NOT AGAINST OBESE PEOPLE.
Best wishes Paul
simple! eat less exercise more.
You spelled program incorrectly.
You imbecile, people call people fat because they have high amounts of FAT in their body. Is that so fucking hard to understand?
are you the fat chap in this programme
“Hehe…childhood obesity”
–Peter Griffin
i hate it how people call people fat for no reason when they did nothing wrong
Dhhuuuhh…where did THAT come from?? Heads up, ‘buddy’, they ARE fat…and we can all see it…same as calling a.n.other person blonde, or skinny…it’s stating a FACT.
Now, maybe calling them obese, lazy, weak-willed, repulsive flabby slobs, on the other hand…
From
an ex-fat person…
and yes, I got that way be EATING TOO MUCH…difference is, I took responsibility for it and didn’t sit there bleating on about how I was such a poor poor victim and no body would help me boo hoo
this kid really pisses me off! he doesnt acutually want to lose weight but yet he complains about it and expects our sympathy. if he doesnt have any motivation to get thin then he doesnt have to, he just shouldnt complain about something hes not willing to change.
hmmmm so you feel the need to call other people fat. that must mean you have extreme insecurity about the way YOU look huh buddy?
OBESITY IS A BYPRODUCT.PLEASE VIEW OBESITY THUNDER BAY.
Is food a substance????
What is the current plan ???
If food is a substance ,than is it possible to have a food subtance abuse issue.
Thanks Paul
Just start by making small changes that you can stick with. Slowly switch to diet soda and only low-calorie sweetened foods. Then, once you get used to that, make some more small changes such as walking up the stairs NO MATTER WHAT. Then, when you get used to those changes, start adding more changes. If you keep doing all of the small changes that you promise yourselves, you’ll see big changes.
Eventually, you’ll stop drinking soda, stop eating (or over eating) candy, and be more healthy!
Wow man, truely inspiring. Nice job! And I couldn’t have said it better my self!
congrats dude.
Thats how we should all treat obese people nicely and with respect and class. That woman has class. I overcame obesity by losing 81 pounds and have kept it off and its so true we have to want to do it a doctor can talk till his/her face is blue it won’t get the job done till we say okay now its time to kick it up a notch and go for it in life.
great
