I think of obese people as my inspiration. They make me want to run and I feel sad, thinking what if I was in their shoes? Not even being to bend down, oh lordy.
fat doesn’t turn into muscle fat is fat and muscle is muscle fat can decreases so that your muscles can be shown and by exercising your muscle rips that’s why you should got to the gym and rest a day then go again the next day so your muscle heals and when it does it gets stronger witch makes it bigger
this is the longest comment ever - sorry - but i also feel compelled to say that high impact exercise (esp aerobic) is good stress relief because if you do some serious perspiration, i firmly believe that you rid your entire body (including your brain) of a lot of toxins, impurities etc… so if one is overweight they should consider the benefits of exercise!!! :-)
oh - i should add that exercise (esp of the high impact kind) is such an awesome form of stress relief because it feels so goddamn good when you stop (not when you’re in the middle of it)… guess its because you get to bask in the blast of endorphins that occurred while you were in the middle of serious discomfort. LOL in fact, i most often (not always, but most often) enjoy 20 or 25 minutes of intense exercise over 30 or 45 min of less strenuous physical activity. but whatevr works for ya…
i think Euge is every bit as attractive as Peggy - does that make me bisexual? u guys are giving me a frickin’ identity crisis! :-) when it comes to obesity i think the way people eat, gets too much discussion and the way people exercise, too little. also overweight people might do better in some cases to simply listen to what their own body is saying, rather than what their trainer/nutritionist or someone on the TV is telling them. also, exercise is the best form of stress relief…

Its hard to teach me stuff since my attention span just vanishes when they speak. So its easier to home school. So far I’ve only had one decent teacher. My english teacher, he was so cool. xD

Actually, I have no interest in politics, so I wouldn’t go out of my way to learn it. Stupid people are stupid regardless of rank of authority they have.
