What would be a suitable meal for a lactose vegetarian or an obese adult?
I have to make a meal either for a lactose vegetarian(a person who is a complete vegetarian doesnt drink milk or eat cheese meat eggs etc.) or an obese young adult? Any ideas on a main course and starter and desert would be great! Thanks!

An obese young adult may already have Diabetes, so you want to make it low in sugar. Agave nectar/syrup reacts slowly on the glycemic levels and is preferred over sugar.
Here are some ideas:
For an obese person, make this great tasting Cucumber Salad with non-fat Greek Yogurt (FAGE brand is the best - tastes like sour cream): http://glutenfreerecipebox.com/cucumber-salad-dill-salad-dressing
Great for a Vegetarian: This salad has gotten a lot of attention Make it it raw walnut instead of candied walnuts. The dried cranberries are sweet enough. Make the dressing with just agave syrup, no brown sugar. Also, check the ingredients in the balsamic, as many have refined sugar. Soup: (zero carbs!) Shirataki Noodle Soup (without the chicken for a vegetarian) http://glutenfreerecipebox.com/shirataki-noodle-soup

I would skip the dates in the milk, though, if making for an obese person, as they are high in sugar; almonds are the lowest nut in terms of amount of fat; or
